Please attach the return label to your package and keep a copy of return documentation for tracking purposes. Once you complete the return process, a PDF download of the shipping label and return document will be available to print. The online return process will require a printer. Please note: A return shipping charge of $5.00 will be deducted from your refund. A credit should appear on your credit card, or original method of payment, within two billing cycles. You will receive an email to confirm a successful return. Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed. If your new product still doesn’t work for you, it must be returned.
